How are the loose-leaf tea blends made?
All teas are crafted and distributed in Texas, using carefully sourced natural and organic ingredients.

Is the tea safe for those with nut allergies?
Keep in mind that there is a possibility of cross-contamination with nut tree ingredients. All ingredients are listed on the product page as well as packaging.

How long is the average delivery time?
All orders are processed and packaged within 3 days of purchase. T shipping time is 3-5 days. Order should be received within 7 days of purchase, excluding holidays. You will be notified via email and/or on the website if shipping is delayed.

Can I purchase 820 FIFTH gift cards?
Yes, digital gift cards are available for purchase. Gift cards range from $10-100.

If you received incorrect or damaged items, email us within 30 days of your delivery date so we can correct the issue.

I did not receive my order confirmation or track number. Can you resend it?
Absolutely! Email Hello@820FIFTH.com with the subject “Order Confirmation”. Also, provide the email address used for the order. We will resend the confirmation and tracking number as soon as possible.
