Refund policy

Tea refunds on incorrect, damaged, or tampered tea within 30 days of delivery. Contact Hello@820FIFTH.com for questions regarding our refund policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at Hello@820FIFTH.com in regards to items damaged on arrival.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for the following reasons only: Incorrect item delivered or damaged merchandise at the arrival of the package. Damaged items include open or torn tea packaging. Damages do not include shipment items (i.e. damaged/tampered boxes or polymailers, missing/lost 820 FIFTH merchandise). For all shipment items, contact the shipment provider to file a claim. For all acceptable merchandise exchange reasons, contact us at Hello@820FIFTH.com with the subject "Exchange". Provide the Reason, Order number, and Item number for the return and we will send a return shipping label to you. All exchanges are free but Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items must only be exchanged for the exact item ordered. Exchange requests for an item that was not originally ordered will not be accepted.

Refunds
Refunds are issued under the discretion of 820 FIFTH, with proof of claim with the shipment supplier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). A request for a refund must be emailed to Hello@820FIFTH.com within 30 days of delivery. If refunded, the total refunded will not include shipping cost.
